  • The morning session is only open to Diplomates and residents of ACVSMR, ECVSMR, ACVS, and ECVS.

You must identify yourself as part of ACVSMR’s 2024 Symposium to obtain the group rate. It is important that you indicate any special rooming needs or arrangements at the time of this call.

$225.00 per night

ACVSMR cannot guarantee room availability. The discounted group rate concludes at 5:00 pm Eastern on March 10. Rooms will be available at the discounted rate until that date, or until the block is filled, whichever comes first. Please be aware that the ACVSMR room block will probably fill well before the deadline. There are nearby hotels that may be able to accommodate Symposium participants.

Note that the Arthrex wet lab registration includes one night at Innovation Hotel. This reservation is separate from the hotel stay during the main Symposium and it’s possible that the main block will sell out before the lab participant block.
